If you experience pain, discomfort, shortness of breath, or strain during exercise, stop immediately and consult your doctor. Pregnant women should not use THE ABSTER without consulting their doctor. Individuals with specific health issues should consult their doctor to find out if they can commence exercise and commence use of THE ABSTER and if special restrictions should apply.

Warranty

THE ABSTER WARRANTY: The Abster Inc. hereby warrants THE ABSTER Exercise Device for a period of thirty (30) days from the date you purchased THE ABSTER against any manufacturing defect. This warranty will be void and will not apply if THE ABSTER Exercise Device has been repaired, modified, altered, abused, misused, or improperly maintained.

In no event shall The Abster Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the sale or use of THE ABSTER Exercise Device. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of the warranty. The Abster Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and The Abster Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of THE ABSTER Exercise Device, except as provided above.

For returns or to obtain replacement parts:
All items sent for return or replacement should be sent to : The Abster Inc. 70-15 Austin Street, 3rd Floor, Forest Hills, NY 11375 *

*All shipping costs of returned items to The Abster Inc. shall be paid by customer. The Abster Inc. shall provide replacement parts with shipping paid by The Abster Inc. Additional shipping options shall be available to the customer at additional charges paid by the customer.
